Referral Letter Request

 

All bonafide members of the university may request referral letters to conduct research in other libraries.

 

General Guidelines:

  1. Researchers are advised to check the WebPAC of the school to be visited to determine the availability of the materials needed for research.
  2. A lead time of 24 hours is necessary to coordinate the request to the concerned library/institution/agency to be visited.
  3. An email will be sent to the requester regarding the status of the request together with the specific instructions about the visit.

Note: Referral letters are not issued during term breaks and examination periods.
