Visiting Researchers
Aklatang Emilio Aguinaldo-Information Resource Center now accepts visiting researchers from other educational institutions and organizations effective Second Semester, S.Y. 2023-2024.
Requirements:
Students (Graduate, Undergraduate, and High School)
A valid Identification Card issued by your school, an official referral letter signed by your Head Librarian, or the office concerned, and the confirmation of your email request from the AEA-IRC.
DLSU-Dasmariñas Alumni
An Alumni card must be presented upon entry to the university library.
Professionals/ Other Researchers
A valid government-issued identification card and the confirmation of your request coming from the AEA-IRC.

General Guidelines:
- Fill out the visiting researcher online reservation form.
- Kindly ensure that you have a referral letter from your university library addressed to Ms. Ethel Mendoza-Torres, RL, MLIS, AEA-IRC Director.
- Email the referral letter to aklatan@dlsud.edu.ph a day prior to your visit (failure to comply may result in the disapproval of the visit).
- For student, a valid Identification Card issued by the school, official referral letter signed by the Head Librarian or the office concerned, and approved email sent by AEA-IRC should be presented upon the visit.
- For DLSU-D Alumni, please present your Alumni Card upon entry to the library (required).
- For other researchers, a valid government-issued Identification Card and approved email by the AEA-IRC.
- Outside researchers are only allowed to visit every Wednesday and Saturday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- DLSMHSI students and faculty members are welcome every day from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm as long as they have a referral letter coming from their University Library.
- For non-DLSP (De La Salle Philippines) member schools, a minimal fee will be collected from the visiting researcher.
- The AEA-IRC does not permit visiting researchers during examination week.
- The Director reserves the right to cancel requests when deemed necessary.
