Visiting Researchers
Aklatang Emilio Aguinaldo-Information Resource Center now accepts visiting researchers from other educational institutions and organizations effective Second Semester, S.Y. 2023-2024.
Requirements:
Students (Graduate, Undergraduate, and High School)
A valid Identification Card issued by your school, an official referral letter signed by your Head Librarian, or the office concerned, and the confirmation of your email request from the AEA-IRC.
DLSU-Dasmariñas Alumni
An Alumni card must be presented upon entry to the university library.
Professionals/ Other Researchers
A valid government-issued identification card and the confirmation of your request coming from the AEA-IRC.

General Guidelines:

Visiting researchers can use and access the library on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Fill out the Researcher Online Reservation Form at least two (2) days before the intended visit.

Use of library facilities excludes Educational Media Services and Electronic Resource Services.

Photocopying of library materials is permitted subject to the library policy.

Access to subscribed online resources is allowed with a minimal fee.

Entry and use of the library materials and facilities are limited to visiting researcher/s only.

Observance of the library rules and regulations is mandatory.

Visiting researchers shall not be accommodated during examination week and term break.

The library reserves the right to cancel requests.
